What's your return policy?

Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How do I start a return?

Sign in to your account, open the order from your order history, and start a return. We'll email a prepaid return label.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return.

Can I exchange an item instead?

Yes — note your preferred shade, size, or scent when starting a return and we'll ship the replacement as soon as the original is on its way back to us.
